Santoro eCards are a quick, fun way to keep
in touch. Just pick out your favorite e-card, add your personal message
and sending information, and we'll deliver it for you. You can schedule
Santoro eCards to be sent immediately or up to one year in the future.
You can even send one eCard to up to 25 recipients at a time. Best
of all, our eCards are free.
How
do Santoro eCards Work?
- You choose your eCard and the date on which you'd like it
sent.
- On the date you specify, we will e-mail your eCard recipient
the address for a Web page where the e-card can be viewed.
- We'll send you two e-mail confirmations - one when the
eCard is sent and a second when the recipient has viewed their card online, so you can be sure that the recipient has seen your
eCard.

How can I Sign up Sign up? or Log in?
You must sign up to enjoy loads of exclusive
features at Santoro eCards. You will need to log in to gain
access to all of the benefits. Click the "Sign In" button at the
top of the home page.
- Enter your Name, Email ID, Password and re-enter the password to confirm the accuracy.
- Click the "Create Account" button
- You will be asked to re-log in to your account.
How to Log in to your account?
Click on the "Log in" on the home page.
- Enter your Email ID and Password.
- Click the "Log in" button
- When you have successfully logged in
to your account, you'll see a personalized welcome message
that reads: "Hello (Your Name) !".
If you do not see a welcome message with your
name, you have not logged in successfully. For troubleshooting tips, click
here.
Once you are successfully logged in, you can enjoy the use of all
of your member tools. There are instructions below to help you learn
to use the tools that are included with your membership. Simply click
on the name of a tool in the lists below to learn more.

How do I send eCards?
Browse through the selection on our site and
pick the design you want to send. Click on the thumbnail image to get
a full-screen view.
Click the "Go to next step" button, now choose your image effect, background, Stamp and Poem.
Click the"Go to next step" button, now carefully enter the information on the personalization form.
Click on "Preview your eCard" .
Choose a delivary date, then click on the "Send eCard " button.

How do I resend my
eCard?
You can resend your eCard from your Card History..
When we send an eCard to your recipient, we send you a confirmation
e-mail (if you have opted for it) at the same time. Included in this e-mail is a URL, which can be used to resend your eCard.
- Copy the following URL that was in your
confirmation email
- Paste the URL into the body of a new
e-mail
- Send this e-mail to the intended recipient

How do I know my eCard
was sent?
eCards are usually sent immediately. After
we send your eCard, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let
you know that it was sent. The e-mail contains a link you can use
to view the eCard that you just sent.
If the recipient's e-mail address was entered incorrectly, you will
receive an email letting you know that
the eCard could not be delivered. Check your recipient's e-mail address
to make sure you entered it correctly, and resend.
When your recipient "picks up" the item you sent, we will send you
another confirmation e-mail to let you know!

How do I stop delivery?
Unfortunately, items sent for immediate delivery
cannot be cancelled or retrieved for editing. Once an eCard has been
sent, there is no way to stop the delivery.
If your eCard was scheduled for a future delivery date, you can use
your Card History feature to make changes to it. You may edit the
recipient's email address or delete an item up to 24 hours before
the delivery date.

How do I pick up my eCard?
We provide recipients with three viewing options
(see below). If you have difficulty viewing animation or hearing
sound, please see our Help page.
Either
- Click on the URL (address) you received in the email notification
we sent you. The address looks like this: http://www.santorographics.com/ecards/santoro.php?step=pickup&id=kt8fe27b2e20/

Or
- Copy and paste the URL (address) into the long, white address
bar at the top of your browser window.
Or
- Enter the eCard number you received in the email notification

Note: It is important to note that
SantoroGraphics.com mail notifications do not contain attachments
of any kind. Instead, they contain a hyperlink, which directs recipients
to a unique web page in order to view the eCard that was created
for them. If you have received an eCard with an attachment, be advised
that it did not come from SantoroGraphics.com. We advise you to delete
the email message that carries the attachment; be sure that you do
not open the attachment and please notify us at ecards@santorographics.com
