Production Controller
Strong interpersonal skills and powers of persuasion are vital for this Production role, you will need to prioritise your workload and make things happen so as to meet production deadlines. The position has an administrative focus so you will need to possess excellent computer skills and attention to detail. If you have experience in the print /sourcing production field then this is a great opportunity for you to shine as an important member of our team.

Administration / Production Assistant
This opportunity is a junior role supplying general office and administrative support to our Wimbledon Head Office. You will be involved in the administrative aspect of the day to day office requirements, with an emphasis of your time supporting the Production team and working with our suppliers.

Assistant Accounts Manager
Reporting to the Director, you will take responsibility for:
You must have:
1) Analysis of trial balance
2) Accruals and prepayments
3) Processing/review of cash management
4) Performing period end procedures
5) Processing/paying monthly expenses
6) Quarterly VAT returns
7) Monthly Instrastat returns
8) Maintaining fixed asset register
9) Preparation of management accounts & reports
10) Integrity of the ledgers
11) Reconciliation of balance sheets and bank accounts
12) Completion of year end accounts
You are fully AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA with accounting experience, understand broad business concepts and have excellent analytical skills whilst working to tight deadlines. Working for an entrepreneurial organisation, this role requires extremely strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work on your own initiative, sound bookkeeping ability, strong Excel spreadsheet knowledge and a bright and enthusiastic outlook. Experience of SAP Business One & SQL database format would be a distinct advantage, as would an understanding of IT server systems and networks.

Meticulous attention to detail is essential (the role includes artworking projects for print) as are good communication and organizational skills.
You will have:
1) Achieved top grades at A-level
2) A good Graphic Design degree (2i or above)
3) A minimum 5 years of commercial experience within a design studio
A passion and interest in the gift and greeting-card market would be advantageous. You will be working with our branded style guides, and supplied art which you will use to design cards and gifts that will be sold direct to retailers.
