Production Controller - Wimbledon
Strong interpersonal skills and powers of persuasion are vital for this Production role, you will need to prioritise your workload and make things happen so as to meet production deadlines. The position has an administrative focus so you will need to possess excellent computer skills and attention to detail. If you have experience in the print /sourcing production field then this is a great opportunity for you to shine as an important member of our team.
You will be working within the friendly and supportive environment of our Wimbledon office's Production department. If you have achieved A grades at GCSE & A-level then we can provide ongoing opportunities and a role and culture in which to thrive.
You will be involved closely with our international suppliers, our Far East Production Office, and our on-site Design team. Previous experience in a production sourcing role, preferable working with Far East suppliers is important.

Junior Designer
We are currently looking for a Junior Designer to work within our Wimbledon Studio. You must have proven Mac skills in Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign and a desire to prove yourself in a demanding environment. Meticulous attention to detail is essential (the role includes artworking projects for print) as are good communication and organizational skills.
You will have:
achieved top grades at A-level
a good Graphic Design degree (2i or above)
a minimum 1 year of commercial experience within a design studio
A passion and interest in the gift and greeting-card market would be advantageous. You will be working with our branded style guides, and supplied art which you will use to design cards and gifts that will be sold direct to retailers.

The Role
This opportunity is a junior role supplying general office and administrative support to our Wimbledon Head Office. You will be involved in the administrative aspect of the day to day office requirements, with an emphasis of your time supporting the Production team and working with our suppliers.
This is an ideal opportunity if you wish to develop a career within a Production / Print environment.
You will be computer literate and have achieved top grades in your education; in particular we must see top grades for Maths and English. In order for your application to be considered please include details of the grades you received for all subjects.

Executive Assistant to CEO
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual able to manage a busy and varied workload with the determination to succeed within a passionate, leading edge design company that is constantly evolving.
With a mature and professional attitude you will have a minimum of 3 years previous PA/Executive Assistant experience at senior level, and possess the ability to work closely with the Owner and be effective in developing relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners.
There will be a varied project based element to the role encompassing marketing, accounts, sales, property management, art sourcing and liaising with company vendors. This will require the successful applicant to have the ability to manage and progress multiple projects to the final stages as well as maintain responsibility for scheduling and coordinating events and meetings, on top of negotiating costs and terms with prospective suppliers, so you will be required to be adept at prioritising your workload by level of importance and urgency.
The successful candidate will have a broad combination of skills having achieved top grades in education; be able to demonstrate a strong and effective negotiating ability, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as diplomacy, and be competent in using Excel and Word. Highly organized, methodical and self motivated with strong attention to detail, you will be required to deal with complex issues, and demonstrate a high level of independence to work within a demanding environment.
Interest or experience in Art, Fashion, Interior Design advantageous.
