How do I find what I am looking for?

You can search this site in three ways.

1. Click on your favourite Santoro brand on the home page and find all the products you could ever want, from your favourite range or character.
2. Click the category search on the left hand side of the page and view the sub category menu to find the type of product you are looking for.
3. Use the "search" button. Simply type in the keyword for a quick search of the whole site.

How can I order what I want?

It's really easy to order your goods online. When you find an item that you like, click on the "add to cart" button. When you've shopped enough, just click on the checkout button to complete your purchase.

Remember you are not committed to your selected items until the order has been completed, confirmed and submitted by you.

How do I pay for my purchases?

Simply follow the instructions on the Santoro site. We are happy to accept CARD payments online, or you can send your CARD DETAILS or a CHEQUE separately by post. Alternatively you can phone customer service directly. See the contact us page.

All transactions are processed within a secure environment. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (inclusive of VAT and sales tax). Please note that prices do not include packing and postage charges. This is calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight of the goods you wish to purchase.

1. Online payment
We currently accept Solo, Maestro, Electron, JCB, Delta, AMEX, Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please note that we do not accept Diners Club cards.

2. By Post
Go to the online checkout and follow the instructions provided. A receipt of your purchase will be automatically generated with an order tracking number. Print this out and send with your full payment details. You can either send your card details or include a cheque made payable to "Santoro Graphics Ltd.". Remember NOT to send cash in the post.
