Saturday 4th July

I agreed to go or a bike ride with my Dad and my brother this morning as my Mum wanted us all out of the house so she could get on with re-painting the hall, which she's been planning to do for months. I offered to stay and help but I think she knew I'd probably be more of a hindrance because she insisted that I go on the bike ride too!

We rode around Beauchamp Park and once I'd got over the embarrassment of potentially being seen with my Dad and my brother (and also the major cringe factor of having to wear a fluorescent green cycling helmet which my parents forced me to wear!) we actually had quite a good laugh and my brother and I nearly fell of our bikes laughing when my Dad swerved to avoid a squirrel and ended up falling off into a bush! Hilarious!
