One good thing to come out of Sloane spraining her ankle has been that we have had to postpone our training sessions for the half marathon (yay!) This has been a big bonus, as I wasn't enjoying wrapping myself up for our evening runs. I'm all for exercising but maybe it's time to think about doing something indoors during the colder months.
I'm sure there is a sport out there that I excel at; I just haven't discovered what it is yet. So far I can definitely tick running and yoga off my list. Maybe I should try my hand at something else like badminton or swimming though it would be fun to take up something more unusual. I've always been a huge fan of the circus and I'd love to be a trapeze artist, but I think I'm too clumsy for that! Swinging at extreme heights would probably just be asking for trouble!
