Thursday 17^th May

Well - the most awful, awful, awful thing happened this morning - I was in the kitchen and mum had put the radio on to one of her old-fogey channels .... and this song came on ... and I knew the words ..... in fact I really knew the words ..... they were horribly familiar ... mum got over-emotional, apparently we used to sing this song together when I was a little girl, and she was so happy that I remembered the words, but she doesn't realise that I had totally forgotten about this song .... until ..... well until I closed my eyes and saw lyrics in my head ..... so the truth of the matter is .... I didn't write the lyrics .... and the girls are going to be sooooooooo mad at me when they find out.....

It was secret rehearsals again this evening, and every time anyone mentioned my lyrics I just changed the subject .... and then Hollie said I was just being too modest and that I should give myself a break because the lyrics were amazing .... and then I felt super guilty ... it was at that moment I should have come clean .... but I didn't .... and now it's even harder to tell them the truth..... oh, what am I going to do!!!
